Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, c.1825, with five-bay single-storey lateral wing to left. Part refenestrated, c.1875. Part reroofed and refenestrated, c.1925. Pitched slate roofs (replacement artificial slate, c.1925, to main block) with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Ivy-clad unpainted roughcast walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings (one in tripartite arrangement to wing) with cut-stone sills, replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1925, to ground floor having margins, replacement two-over-two timber sash windows, c.1875, to remainder retaining six-over-six (ground floor) and six-over-three (first floor) timber sash windows to side (east) elevation having six-over-three timber sash window to tripartite opening with two-over-one sidelights. Square-headed door opening with cut-granite flush surround, and glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed door opening to wing with two cut-limestone steps, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Interior with timber panelled shutters to some window openings. Set back from road in own grounds with random rubble stone retaining wall to avenue having unpainted rendered piers, and iron gate. (ii) Detached two-bay single-storey stable building, c.1875. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and iron rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Random rubble stone walls (originally rendered) with unpainted roughcast walls to side elevations. Square-headed door openings with tongue-and-groove timber panelled half-doors. (iii) Detached five-bay single-storey split-level (three-bay to north; two-bay to south) outbuilding, c.1875, with single-bay single-storey side elevations having elliptical-headed carriageway to north. Pitched slate roofs with terracotta ridge tiles, and iron rainwater goods on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with no sills, timber lintels, and timber fittings. Elliptical-headed carriageway with tongue-and-groove timber panelled double doors having overpanel.
