Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Part refenestrated, c.1925. Part refenestrated, c.1975. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.1925, to first floor having replacement timber casement windows, c.1975, to remainder. Square-headed door opening with glazed tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete flagged footpath to front.
