Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1875, with single-bay single-storey projecting glazed porch to centre ground floor, and two-bay two-storey lower return to north. Hipped slate roof (hipped to porch; pitched to return) with rolled lead ridges (clay ridge tiles to return), rendered chimney stacks having stepped stringcourses over red brick irregular bond construction, rooflights to return, and cast-iron rainwater goods on slightly overhanging rendered eaves. Part ivy-clad painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed openings to porch with timber pilaster mullions supporting inscribed consoles (fluted timber pilasters to corners), fixed-pane timber windows having overlights, and glazed timber double doors having overlight. Segmental-headed door opening into house with timber panelled door having overlight. Interior with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Set back from road in own grounds with landscaped grounds to site including gravel forecourt.(ii) Attached five-bay single-storey mono-pitched outbuilding, c.1875, to north with square-headed carriageway to centre. Mono-pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, cylindrical vent, rooflights, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed door openings with tongue-and-groove timber panelled doors. Square-headed carriageway to centre with double doors.(iii) Detached three-bay two-storey coach house, c.1875, to north with square-headed carriageway to left ground floor. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rooflights, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with shallow sills to ground floor (no sills to first floor), and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening with tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Square-headed carriageway to left ground floor with tongue-and-groove timber panelled double doors.
