Detached three-bay two-storey parochial house, dated 1927, on an L-shaped plan with single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting porch to centre ground floor, two-bay two-storey side elevations, and single-bay two-storey return to west. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging timber eaves. Flat roof to porch not visible behind cornice. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered quoins to corners, rendered date stone, panelled chamfered corner pilasters to porch supporting frieze, and moulded cornice. Square-headed window openings (paired round-headed window openings to porch) with concrete sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with two cut-granite steps, and timber panelled door. Interior with decorative tiled floor to porch, carved timber architraves to openings, and timber panelled shutters to window openings. Set back from road in own grounds.(ii) Detached two-bay single-storey outbuilding, post-1927, to west with square-headed carriageway to right. Hipped slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window opening with no sill, and six-over-six timber sash window. Square-headed carriageway to right with tongue-and-groove timber panelled sliding door.(iii) Gateway, built 1927, to east comprising pair of painted rendered panelled piers having chamfered corners, rendered capping, iron double gates, iron flanking pedestrian gate with painted rendered panelled outer pier having chamfered corners, and painted rendered boundary wall to perimeter of site.
