Detached two-bay two-storey outbuilding, c.1875. Extensively renovated, c.1950. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods surviving on red brick eaves. Painted replacement roughcast walls, c.1950, over random rubble stone construction with exposed random rubble stone construction to rear (north) elevation having remains of unpainted lime render over. Square-headed window openings with no sills, timber lintels, and remains of timber fittings. Set in shared grounds perpendicular to road overlooking tributary of Dinin (Deen) River.
