Detached three-bay two-storey Board of First Fruits glebe house, built 1819. Refenestrated. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled door having fanlight. Set back from road in own grounds on a slightly elevated site.
