Detached two-bay single-storey gate lodge with dormer attic, c.1900, with single-bay single-storey lower entrance bay to right. Hipped slate roof (gabled to dormer attic windows; shallow hipped roof to entrance bay) with terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on corbels (on rendered eaves to entrance bay). Unpainted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings (with round-headed openings in bipartite arrangement to ground floor having tripartite arrangement to entrance bay) with cut-limestone sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door. Set back from road in grounds shared with Good Shepherd Centre (Loreto Convent).
