Detached three-bay two-storey parochial house, built 1916, with single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting porch to centre ground floor, two-bay two-storey side elevations, and single-bay two-storey lower return to north-east. Hipped slate roofs on an E-shaped plan with terracotta ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, rooflight, and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging timber eaves having consoles. Flat roof to porch not visible behind parapet. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered channelled piers to corners (including to porch having moulded course supporting cut-stone coping to parapet). Camber-headed window openings (square-headed window openings to rear (north) elevation and to return) with cut-stone sills, rendered surrounds (no surrounds to rear (north) elevation or to return), and one-over-one timber sash windows (one having margins to rear (north) elevation with stained glass panels). Round-headed door opening with two steps, rendered surround, replacement panelled pilaster doorcase, 2003, and replacement timber panelled door, 2003, having overlight. Set back from line of road perpendicular to road with unpainted roughcast boundary wall to perimeter of site.
