Terraced single-bay three-storey house, c.1825. Extensively renovated, pre-1992. One of a group of three. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement slate, pre-1992, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to upper floors) with cut-stone sills, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, pre-1992. Square-headed door opening with two cut-limestone steps, moulded fibreglass surround, pre-1992, having pediment, and timber panelled door having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
