Terraced single-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Reroofed and refenestrated, c.1950. Now disused. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, no chimney stack, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with squared stone sills, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1950. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1975. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
