Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1825. Reroofed and refenestrated, c.1950. Now in use as offices. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1950. Round-headed door opening with rendered surround, and timber panelled door having overlight. Interior with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Set back from line of road with sections of iron railings to front on rendered plinth.
