Terraced three-bay two-storey local authority house, dated 1916. One of a group of seven. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls with cut-stone panelled date stone/plaque to first floor. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, rendered surrounds having moulded reveals, and four-over-four timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround having moulded reveals, and timber panelled door having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
