Detached six-bay three-storey rubble stone former warehouse, c.1820. Renovated, c.1980, with some openings remodelled to accommodate residential use. Reroofed, c.1995. Gable-ended roof. Replacement artificial slate, c.1995. Concrete ridge tiles. Red brick chimney stacks. Timber eaves. Replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995. Rubble stone walls with some render over to front (south-east) elevation. Cut-stone quoins to corners. Square-headed openings (some remodelled, c.1980). Cut-stone sills (some concrete). Red brick dressings to openings to rear. Cut-granite lintel to one opening to rear. Replacement aluminium casement windows, c.1980, to rear to north-west. Replacement timber casement windows, c.1995, to front to south-east. Replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1995. Road fronted. Detached four-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1820, to rear to north-west possibly originally mill owner's house. Gable-ended roof with slate. Clay ridge tiles. Rendered chimney stacks. Roughcast walls (probably over rubble stone construction). Unpainted. Square-headed openings. Stone sills. Fittings not discerned.
