Detached three-bay two-storey rubble stone house, c.1880, with round-headed door opening to centre. Extended, c.1980, comprising single-bay single-storey flat-roofed return to rear to north-east. Extensively renovated, c.2000. Hipped roof. Replacement artificial slate, c.2000. Concrete ridge tiles. Rendered chimney stacks. Timber eaves. Replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.2000. Flat-roof to return. Bitumen felt. Rubble stone walls (probably originally with render over). Yellow brick dressings. Rendered walls to return. Unpainted. Square-headed window openings. Stone sills. Yellow brick surrounds. Replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000. Round-headed door opening. Yellow brick dressings. Replacement timber panelled door, c.2000. Sidelights. Overlight.
