Detached four-bay single-storey thatched farmhouse, extant 1837, on a rectangular plan. Hipped oat straw thatch roof, rope twist ridge with paired exposed stretchers having exposed scallops, part rendered red brick Running bond chimney stack having stepped capping, and exposed stretchers to eaves having exposes scallops. Limewashed lime rendered battered walls. Square-headed door opening with concealed dressings including timber lintel framing timber boarded half-door. Square-headed window openings with concrete or rendered sills, and concealed dressings having splayed reveals framing six-over-three timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Set in own grounds.
