Occupied, 1901; 1911. Renovated, ----. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on slightly overhanging timber box eaves having paired timber consoles. Part repointed coursed rubble limestone walls originally rendered with lichen-spotted cut-limestone flush quoins to corners. Central door opening into farmhouse. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and cut-limestone block-and-start surrounds framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing two-over-two timber sash windows.
