Detached five-bay single-storey house, c.1880, on a symmetrical plan retaining early aspect with round-headed door opening to centre. Hipped gabled roof with slate. Mineral felt over. Clay ridge tiles. Rendered chimney stacks. Cast-iron rainwater goods on eaves course. Roughcast walls. Unpainted. Square-headed window openings. Stone sills. Early timber casement windows with central mullion. Round-headed door opening. Timber panelled door. Decorative fanlight. Set back from road in own grounds. Lawns and path to forecourt.Gateway, c.1880, to east comprising pair of stone piers with ball finials having iron gates.
