Attached multiple-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding with half-dormer attic, c.1880, on an L-shaped plan. Extensively renovated, c.1990, to accommodate use as apartments. Hipped roof on an L-shaped plan with slate. Clay ridge tiles. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Random rubble stone walls. Square-headed openings (including integral carriageway). Stone sills. Replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990. Replacement glazed timber panelled fittings to door openings and to integral carriageway. Set back from road in grounds shared with Ballina (Balyna) House located to west of house framing enclosed outbuilding courtyard (north).
