Detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1850, on a symmetrical plan retaining early fenestration with shallow segmental-headed door opening to centre. Reroofed, c.1980. Gable-ended roof. Replacement fibre-cement slate, c.1980. Concrete ridge tiles. Rendered chimney stacks. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Ruled and lined. Painted. Square-headed window openings. Stone sills. Moulded rendered surrounds. 1/1 timber sash windows with margins. Shallow segmental-headed door opening. Moulded rendered surround. Timber doorcase with consoles and entablature. Replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1980. Overlight. Concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
