Gable-ended roof with slate (gabled to half-dormer attic window; lean-to to porch). Clay ridge tiles with finials to apexes. Red brick chimney stacks. Timber eaves and bargeboards. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast walls. Unpainted. Red brick dressings including quoins to corners. Red brick walls to porch. Rendered detailing to gable to half-dormer attic window with inscribed date stone. Square-headed openings. Stone sills. Red brick block-and-start surrounds. 1/1 timber sash windows (paired to front (south-west) elevation). Timber casement windows to half-dormer attic window. Replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1980, with sidelights. Set back from road in grounds shared with Mooreabbey House.
