Replacement artificial slate, c.1995. Concrete ridge tiles. Rendered chimney stacks. Replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995. Replacement render, c.1995, to walls. Unpainted. Cut-stone date stone/plaque. Square-headed window openings. Replacement concrete sills, c.1995. Replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1995. Square-headed door opening approached by flight of stone steps having cast-iron railings. Replacement timber panelled door, c.1995. Decorative overlight. Shallow segmental-headed integral carriageway to left ground floor. Replacement tongue-and-groove timber panelled double doors. Road fronted. Concrete flagged footpath to front.
