Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge with dormer attic, c.1880, with single-bay single-storey gabled projecting bay to centre. Reroofed, c.1970. Now disused with openings boarded-up. Gable-ended roof (gabled to projecting bay). Replacement artificial slate, c.1970. Red clay ridge tiles. Red brick chimney stack. Timber bargeboards to gable. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Ruled and lined. Unpainted. Square-headed openings. Stone sills. Hood moulding over window opening to ground floor projecting bay. Openings now boarded-up. Set back from road in grounds shared with Robertstown House adjacent to gateway. Gravel avenue to south-west. Detached eight-bay single-storey outbuilding with attic, c.1880, to north-east on a U-shaped plan about a courtyard. Part reroofed, c.1990. Gable-ended roof on an L-shaped plan with slate. Clay ridges tiles. Iron vents to ridges. Timber bargeboards to gables. Rendered band to eaves. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Replacement corrugated-iron, c.1990, to range to south-east. Rendered walls. Unpainted. Square-headed openings (oculus openings to gables). Timber fittings. Timber boarded half-doors and double doors.
