Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, retaining early fenestration with single-bay single-storey flat-roofed entrance bay to right (south-east). Extended, c.1960, comprising single-bay single-storey flat-roofed return to rear to north-east. Gable-ended roof with slate. Clay ridge tiles. Rendered chimney stacks. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Flat-roofed to entrance bay and to return. Materials not visible. Roughcast walls. Painted. Rendered dressings including strips to corners. Square-headed openings. Stone sills. 2/2 timber sash windows. Tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Road fronted. Tarmacadam footpath to front.
