Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge with dormer attic, c.1900, set behind limestone ashlar piers with cast-metal gates.ROOF: Pyramidal slate roof capped by rockfaced and quoined granite chimney stack with four plain clay pots; cast-iron rainwater goods; dormer attic to front pitch of roof; metal dormer cheeks; three paned metal casement window. WALLS: Rockfaced granite with granite ashlar plinth and quoining. OPENINGS: Square headed bi-partite window openings with granite lintel dressings, cills and mullions; metal casement windows; square headed door opening; doorcase comprising granite uprights with dentil lintel over; granite door step; timber door with central glazed panel.
