WALLS: Rockfaced granite with granite ashlar plinth and quoining. OPENINGS: Square headed bi-partite window openings with granite lintel dressings, cills and mullions; metal casement windows; square headed door opening; doorcase comprising granite uprights with dentil lintel over; granite door step; timber door with central glazed panel.
