Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1870, with projecting pedimented entrance porch. Set behind ashlar limestone piers with cast-iron railings and gates.ROOF: Hipped slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles and projecting eaves supported by pairs of timber brackets; nap rendered centrally placed chimney stack with terracotta pots. WALLS: Nap rendered, ruled and lined. OPENINGS: Square headed openings set in segmental headed nap rendered recesses with stone cills; timber diamond latticed windows and a timber and glazed door.
