Detached six-bay two-storey national school, c.1840, with three bays gabled to northern end, and return to rear. Three-bay single-storey extension to north gable, c.1920.ROOF: Double-pitched slates; concrete ridge tiles; concrete coping; cast-iron rainwater goods; gable fronted to porch; finial; flat-roof to return. WALLS: Nap rendered; unpainted; red brick dressings including quoins; nap rendered raised circular panel to gable; roughcast to rear elevation; unpainted; nap rendered to return; ruled and lined. OPENINGS: Square-headed; concrete sills; nap rendered surrounds to advanced end bay; red brick flat arches to remainder; 6/6 timber sash windows; sheet-metal door; overlight
