Limestone carved tablet, c.1876, with inscription, set in rubble stone wall. Inscription reads 'The Rev. James Gaffney C.C. Coolock was accidentally killed at this place on the 4th day of January 1876. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of the saint R.I.P.'
