Detached five-bay single-storey Tudor-style house with dormer attic, dated 1901, on an irregular plan. ROOF: Pitched terracotta tiled roof with red brick corniced chimney stacks. WALLS: Roughcast walls with rendered quoins and Tudor-style timber frame to gables. OPENINGS: Square headed window openings with variety of timber casement windows. NOTE: Date stone in gable inscribed "W.E.H.S./1901" and house built by Captain William Edward Hollwey Steeds (1849-1913) of nearby Clonsilla House (destroyed 1980).
