Terraced three-bay two-storey red brick dispensary, c.1895.ROOF: Hipped pyramidal; slate; rolled lead ridge tiles; red brick central and secondary chimney stack; yellow clay pots; cast-iron rainwater goods. WALLS: Red brick; Flemish bond limestone quoins; grey brick continuous coursed; red brick moulded cornice; roughcast to side elevation; unpainted. OPENINGS: Segmental-headed openings to ground floor; chamfered surrounds; limestone sills; timber casement windows with fixed pane over; cast-iron sill guards; timber panelled door; cylinder glass overlight; square-headed window openings to first floor; limestone sill; 1/1 timber sash windows.
