End of terrace three-bay two-storey house, c.1845, with projecting entrance porch. Two-storey extension to rear.ROOF: M - profile; slate terracotta pots & roof ridge tiles; rendered chimney stack; uPVC rainwater goods. WALLS: Nap renderd walls; lined and ruled rendered quoins; rendered plinth course with metal ventilation grilles; rendered cornice to porch. OPENINGS: Square headed windows; rendered and chamfered soffits and reveals; painted granite cills; timber panelled door; glass overlight, chamfered door surround contained in projecting flat roofed nap rendered porch with cornice; metal cill guards to ground floor ground floor; 2/2 timber sash windows; timber top hung casement to rear extension.
