Detached former Church of Ireland church, built 1839, with four-bay side elevations with crenellated parapet having gable-fronted projecting porches to either side. Single-bay four-stage medieval tower to west, c.1500, with corner turrets, and early Christian round tower attached. Graveyard to site with various cut stone grave markers. Now in use as museum and heritage centre. Key available locally.ROOF: Double pitched; slate; terracotta ridge tiles; limestone coping to gables having crenellated parapet; cast-iron rainwater goods; hipped slate roof to tower; rendered chimney stack. WALLS: Snecked and tooled limestone to gable front, coursed stone to sides; decorative limestone buttresses and string courses; limestone plinth; coursed rubble tower with crenellated parapet. OPENINGS: Limestone hood mouldings; pointed arched doors with carved jambs and original timber studded doors; bipartite and tripartite lancet windows; trefoil window openings to gable front; stone reveals and cills; leaded diamond pattern frames; hood mouldings; randomly placed small openings to tower; bipartite lancet window with red sandstone surround to top storey.
