Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1870, retaining original fenestration. Single-storey extension to rear. Outbuilding to rear.ROOF: Hipped slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles; centrally placed nap rendered chimney stack with a terracotta pot and cast-iron rainwater goods. WALLS: Rough-cast rendered. OPENINGS: Square headed opening with rendered reveals; stone cills and l 6/3 timber sash widows; timber tongue and groove door to front elevation with canopy above supported with timber brackets.
