Detached five-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1850, with central projecting limestone porch and retaining original fenestration. Three-bay single-storey extension to rear, c.1950.ROOF: Hipped; slate; terracotta ridge tiles; nap rendered chimney; ornate terracotta chimney pots; cast-iron rainwater goods; pitched slate roof to rear. WALLS: Rough cast rendered. OPENINGS: Square headed openings; rendered reveals; painted stone cills; 3/6 sash windows; shallow pedimented limestone door surround tongue & groove timber door; square headed openings to rear; rendered reveals; stone cills; timber casement windows; blocked window opening to left side elevation.
