End-of-terrace four-bay two-storey house, c.1840. (Pair with 11305024)ROOF: Double pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles; two rendered chimney stacks with moulded terracotta pots, subsidiary return lean-to roof; cast-iron gutter, hopper & downpipe. WALLS: Nap rendered plinth; façade ruled & lined with rendered quoining with roughcast rendered gabled side elevation & side elevation of return. OPENINGS: Square headed window openings; rendered soffits reveals; painted stone cills; timber casement windows; depressed arch door openings with rendered doorcase comprising panelled pilasters joined by cornice with rear drop fanlight & patent rendered surround; raised & fielded timber panelled doorleaf with hinged weather board.
