Detached multiple-bay two-storey former coaching inn, c.1800, now in use as a bar and restaurant. Limestone rubble walls with brick dressings to openings. Segmental-arched double-leaf timber tongue and groove doors. Oculi to gables. Boarded-up windows and slit windows at eaves level. Pitched artificial slate and corrugated roof with red brick chimney stacks.
