Detached five-bay single-storey house comprising original three-bay house, c.1930, and two-bay extension to south, c.1960. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course. Timber sash windows to pair of canted bay windows flanking replacement glazed timber door approached by flight of stone steps. Timber casement windows to extension. Hipped slate roof with smooth rendered chimney stacks. Limestone rubble walls to road with wrought-iron gate.
