What is recorded here

Single-span road bridge, c.1900, of riveted iron girder construction with lattice support structure. Piers of rock faced ashlar limestone with granite quoins and string course. Embankment constructed on southern side of river as part of roadway to bridge, incorporating stone faced brick built bridge spanning mill race. Bridge now closed and disused.
