Detached eight-bay two-storey over basement former house, comprising original three-bay section, c.1830, and two late nineteenth-century extensions to north. Uncoursed rubble and coursed squared limestone walls, with brick dressings and stone sills to openings, and brick parapet with stone coping. Probable former entrance door with granite steps blocked and building reoriented when extended. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimney stacks. Limestone gate piers. Now in use as an office.
