Semi-detached four-bay two-storey house, c.1830, now in office use. Smooth rendered walls with a projecting base course and quoins. Original round-headed door surround with decorated keystone supported by pilasters. Late nineteenth-century timber sash windows with stone sills also have decorated window surrounds and keystones. Pitched slate roof with three chimney stacks. Contemporary projection and later extensions to rere retaining cast-iron rainwater goods. Cast-iron railings on plinth wall to street.
