Peter Murray Taylor, known as Lord Taylor of Gosforth, was a prominent British jurist who served as the Lord Chief Justice of England & Wales from 1987 until his death in 1997. He is remembered for his significant contributions to the British legal system and his efforts to modernize court procedures.
