Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Fuday as Long Cist(s) (viking). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1km. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Viking long cist; likely dates to the Early Medieval period (9th–11th century). These funerary structures are significant for understanding Norse burial practices in Scotland.
