Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1910, possibly over basement and possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, c.1810, on site. Derelict, 1980. Now in ruins. Hipped roof now gone with rendered chimney stacks, and no traces of rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered wall to ground floor with rendered quoins to ends, rendered stringcourse to first floor, unpainted fine roughcast to first floor, and unpainted rendered walls to remainder. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and moulded rendered surrounds to front (east) elevation. Fittings now gone. Elliptical-headed door opening with rendered surround. Fittings (door, sidelights and overlight) now gone. Set back from road in own grounds with overgrown grounds to site.
