Situated on a gentle SW-facing slope immediately to the E of an area of marshy ground. Shown on the 1838 and 1909 editions of the OS 6-inch map as a small approximately square enclosure (max dims. c. 35m x 35m). Not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
