Detached multiple-bay two-storey corn mill, built c. 1800, no longer in use. L-plan, single-story stone addition to north, cast-iron and timber wheel to south. Remains of pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles. Random rubble stone walling. Square-headed window openings, some with timber lintels and some with red brick surrounds. Square-headed door openings, timber lintels and timber vertically-sheeted doors. Restored mill house to north, pitched slate roof, squared coursed rubble walling, red brick quoins, square-headed window and door openings, red brick surrounds, uPVC windows and replacement timber door. Quern stone to site provides evidence of earlier activity. Sited to bank of River Dee to south and roadside to north.
