A ‘mill of Clonrawde’ is referred to in depositions of 1643 and in the Manor Court Rolls a ‘mill of Clonrond’ is referred to in 1675. In depositions of 1641 an Ambrose Webster is described as the miller of Clonroad. The precise location of this mill is unknown. (Ó Dálaigh 2012, 14, 16)
