In pasture, on SE-facing slope. Circular mound of burnt material (L 17m; Wth 18m; H 1.7m). Central depression (2.2m N-S; 3.2m E-W). Height of mound increases from W to E. Several trees planted in centre. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
