Mashanaglass holds a fulacht fia on a west-facing slope, where grass still covers a spread of burnt material. People may have heated stones with fire, dropped them into water, and prepared food or cleaned tools beside the pasture. The site resists measurement because time has buried its edges, yet the remaining charred ground still marks the place where heat and water met human purpose.
