Replacement pitched artificial slate roofs including pitched (gabled) artificial slate roof (porch) with ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and uPVC rainwater goods on box eaves. Rendered walls with rusticated rendered quoins to ends. Segmental-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing replacement timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Set back from road in landscaped grounds.
