Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Mabestown is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Mabestown, County Westmeath, Ireland. The site occupies a sub-circular area on a steep slope in undulating countryside, enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and an external fosse that is visible only on the south and west sides. A ringfort stands 490 metres to the southwest, and the interior shows traces of cultivation ridges running northeast to southwest. Much of the south side and interior have been quarried away, and the monument was levelled after the 1973 report, leaving it not visible on a November 2011 aerial photograph.

Situated on steep slope of rising ground in undulating countryside. Ringfort (WM008-087----) 490m to SW. A sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 15m N-S; 16m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and external fosse. The fosse is only visible at S & W. Traces of cultivation ridges are visible running NE-SW across the interior. Much of the S side and interior of the monument have been quarried away. Monument has been levelled some time after 1973 report and is not visible on Digital Globe aerial photograph taken November 2011.
