Standing stone in Lissard More is a lost pillar-like stone, once 1.2m tall, that stood with a megalithic structure and a holed stone nearby in County Mayo. All three were removed and buried during land reclamation work, erasing a place where people may have marked time, ownership or prayer. What remained is a gap in the ground and a name that points to nothing visible.

OPW topographical files (1947) record a pillar-like stone (0.6m x 0.6m; H 1.2m) at this location. There was a megalithic structure (MA040-063002-) located 2.4m to N and a holed stone (MA040-063001-) 6.7m to N of the megalithic structure. Probably dating to the Neolithic or Bronze Age, this standing stone may have been part of a ritual or funerary landscape associated with nearby megalithic structures. Its alignment or proximity to other stones may reflect ceremonial practices or territorial markers of early farming communities.
